BJJ is a grappling based Martial Art that uses the principles of leverage, positional control, and technique to allow a smaller, weaker person to successfully defend against a bigger, stronger opponent. Learn various submissions with the traditional Gi or Kimono including chokes, armlocks, and leglocks. BJJ is widely recognized as one of the most effective methods of self-defense and also a great core workout. Work your way all the way up to the rank of black belt under one of the most successful lineages in the world.
Increase attention span and fitness level. Build Confidence, self-discipline and respect. Learn Self- Defense, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu martial arts skills. The class consists of warmup, technical drilling, and then conditioning or light sparring followed by a cooldown/ stretch. Private sessions are available.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
MMA is one of the fastest growing and evolving sports in the world. Mixed martial artists combine standup striking and grappling as well as ground striking and grappling to form their own "recipe" or style of combat in the cage. Develop a well-rounded arsenal and be able to handle yourself in any sitution. Amateur and pro competition team available for experienced fighters.

A mixture of takedowns, clinch and groundfighting with the aim of obtaining a submission or tapout through the use of armlocks, leglocks, and chokes. Practiced without the traditional Gi or kimono, this style of grappling offers a different style or approach than the BJJ class, so it can be a good compliment to Gi training or a great addition to MMA training.
Learn the sweet science from one of our experienced trainers. You'll learn how to wrap your hands, basic head movement, footwork, punches, and combinations.
