Boxing Fundamentals

Boxing class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques, designed to increase strength and cardio. Boxing classes include conditioning, technique drills, calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work , light sparring and core exercises. Excellent for getting in shape and learning how to fight with your hands.

Boxing Private Training

One-on-one training with one of our certified boxing trainers. Speed up your progress by training privately with an experienced boxer. The sessions are tailored to you level of expertise and booked to fit your schedule. Learn from top retired professional hall of fame boxer- Sizzlin' Sal Lopez and many others.

Boxing Accelerated Program

This program is a blend of three days per week of fundamentals classes with two private one-on-one sessions monthly. Take your training to a competitive level with this program specifically designed for those looking to improve quickly.
